Let’s continue to cultivate our Reflective Practice!!

DESCRIPTION: 

Continuing in the success of our previous sessions on reflective practice, this month’s activity will allow you to gain insight into your own coaching technique and mindset.

By definition, reflective practice is the ability to reflect on one's actions so as to take a critical stance or attitude towards one's own practice and that of one's peers, engaging in a process of continuous adaptation and learning. It involves actively analyzing your experiences and actions, in order to help yourself improve and develop.

For this activity, you will be placed in a triad of coaches where each of you will have the opportunity to be coached, to coach and to observe. This will allow us to further grow as a professional and as a community. Come prepared to be coached, to coach and to observe in small groups. We will reconvene at the end to share our learnings from the experience with the larger group.
