Key Mindsets for Inspirational Coaches

What do you think are the most important things we coaches do in a coaching session to help facilitate change for our clients? How does how we are being affect what we do and in turn, the results our coachees achieve? How can we develop our approach to offer even greater value to those we coach?

In this highly interactive session, we’ll explore key concepts that provide the foundation for your coaching. We will have a conversation that will open up the opportunity for reflection and new perspectives on your coaching approach. Later in the session we will be exploring key coaching mindsets that we have found invaluable in our 25+ years of coaching that form the basis for our unique FLIP methodology for brief, impactful conversation.

Speakers:

Rob Rave – Head Coach and Creator of the FLIP system

Rob Rave is an ICF accredited PCC internal coach and works full-time as a professional coach at one of the big 4 consultancies in London. Rob developed the FLIP method in 2014 and has since delivered this across a range sectors.

Rob has worked with over 500 partners and directors and runs his own private coaching practice which includes entrepreneurs, MD’s and PE professionals as clients. He has worked with numerous organisations and has completed coaching assignments for Deloitte, KPMG, HSBC, UBS, Cushman Wakefield, Vision Capital, Lion Capital, CPBE Capital Vodafone, Thermo Fisher, Nivea, Co-Op Retail, Skanska, Travis Perkins, Wickes and Sage.

David Pannell – Coach, Trainer & FLIP Supervisor

An experienced coach and leader in local government, David has worked closely with Rob for the last 3 years co-developing the FLIP methodology and training others in this approach. A long-time coaching practitioner, he obtained his Level 5 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from the Chartered Managers Institute in 2014.

As a leader, David uses this approach daily to develop teams at work in an IT department and has coached leaders and partners from across the private and public sectors.
