The Alibelo photo-language tool for coaching
DESCRIPTION
Discover and practice the use of a photo-language tool for individual coaching sessions. During the session you will experiment with the power of using metaphors during a coaching session using photography. You will experience the online tool and be introduced to a new card game which is a powerful tool for coaching.
Bio:
Béatrice Melin
Professional Master Certified Coach (ICF) and expert in collective intelligence. After a first part of her career in the tourism industry, she turned to professional development coaching in 2003. Today, she devotes herself to passing on her experience by training and supervising coaches and co-development group leaders.
Nicole Vachon
Retired coach, now photographer. Nicole was the owner and manager of a human resources development consulting for 30 years. Today she is passionate about photography, a way to observe the world, to capture the intensity of life and expose it to the eyes of others. For her, taking a photo is to stop time and capture it’s uniqueness.
