Group Coaching: Shifting from the individual to the collective to transform leaders
DESCRIPTION :
Too often, one-off leadership coaching initiatives don’t always deliver the ROI that was touted and expected. In today’s VUCA world, organizations are looking for leaders who can be agile, collaborative and pivot their approaches to meet the ever-evolving demands of the world of work. Group coaching programs provide organizations with a scalable solution that not only builds the crucial behaviours their leaders need but does so in a way that delivers lasting results.
What you’ll learn:
Attendees will come away with a clear understanding of why group coaching is so powerful, key success criteria for a group coaching program and a real-world example of how to demonstrate the effectiveness at the organizational level.
By the end of the session, participants will understand:
- How group learning successfully fast-tracks learning and behaviour change.
- The three macro success criteria every coach needs to know about group coaching programs.
- How to demonstrate the effectiveness of your group coaching programs.
