Embodies a Coaching Mindset: How to recognize your “come from” for the coach.

In this workshop we will explore how our Human Experience works, and how understanding this helps the coach gain a greater awareness of self, their “come from”, separate realities, plus the greater wisdom/intelligence that is available to them and their client in the coaching conversation.
Core Competencies Explored:
A. Foundation: Embodies a Coaching Mindset
- Uses awareness of self and one’s intuition to benefit clients
- Develops and maintains the ability to regulate one’s emotions
- Mentally and emotionally prepares for sessions
B. Co-Creating the Relationship: Maintains Presence
- Manages ones emotions to stay present with client
- Demonstrates confidence in working with strong client emotions during the coaching process
- Is comfortable working in a space of not knowing
Takeaway: New learning on how to understand our human experience; tapping into Greater wisdom and coaching from there; new learning on how to consider what deeper connection might be
