Olivier is a professional coach certified in NLP and a supervisor specialized in Resonance dynamics. Author of the book La Résonance (prefaced by Robert Dilts), Olivier supports coaches, managers and Executives in extending their abilities and soft skills in their professional practice.

An excellent popularizer, Olivier developed an innovative model for identifying and handling resonance in a clear and effective way that is relevant to Leadership and Coaching practice. Convinced of the importance of a playful approach to learning and integration, Olivier brings creativity and humour into each of his interventions to bringing quick results through blending real pleasure with the effort of change.
