In his book In search of Excellence, leadership author Tom Peters writes ‘’success in business today is 15% technology and 85% Emotional Intelligence’’. As more and more businesses buy into the impact of Emotional Intelligence on workplace culture and business success, training in emotional intelligence be a significant and powerful tool for today’s executive coach. In this Interactive workshop David Carey, ACC will show how using an Emotional Intelligence tool can lay an effective foundation for truly transformational conversations.

With over 37 years of leadership experience David has a comprehensive understanding of leadership dynamics and is passionate about helping leaders discover their full potential, realize their dreams, and influence change in their organizations. In addition to his real life experience he holds a Masters in Leadership from Royal Roads, an ACC designation with ICF, and is certified in Emotional intelligence. His genuine compassion, deep listening skills and natural intuition have been instrumental in reconnecting people to their passion and increasing leadership performance.
