 How Competing Commitments Challenge Our Ability To Change

When our clients are faced with a plethora of commitments in their careers, relationships and family life, how can we as coaches, help them to learn to recognize, understand and set priorities as well as to delegate, learn when to say no, and change their perspective, to be more effective in their leadership and in their lives in general.

How do failed efforts in dealing with ‘’competing commitments’’ limit their ability to change?

How unconscious assumptions challenge the leader’s obstructive behaviours and how, through coaching we can help uncover these assumptions and use them as instruments to bring about lasting change.
