Jimena Andino Dorato

Jimena, PCC, is a multilingual coach and facilitator who works alongside leaders who are two steps ahead, bringing about meaningful change. She is originally from Argentina, Canadian by adoption and, nomad at heart, she lived in Brazil and France and currently resides in Spain. With multi professional identities, she started her career as a lawyer and mediator, with many years in university research and teaching, she´s been a solopreneur, a lead consultant and Senior adviser in Consultancy Firms and Governmental and Corporate Organizations and now partner and entrepreneur with Impact Crescendo bridging North and South America and Europe. She was part of the Leadership Team of ICF-France, member of the Ethics Committee at ACTO and elected member of the first ICF Global DEI Council. Always passionate about building bridges, Jimena adds to her leadership and executive coaching practice intercultural communication and equity, diversity and inclusion; she co-wrote with Ghislaine Tamisier and Veronica de la Fuente the book " L’intelligence interculturelle au service des coachs " published in France in 2022 by InterÉditions 

Carol Bruno 

Carol holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) degree as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honors.  She is a certified Narrative Coach as well as a certified facilitator in Tracom Social Styles and in the 360 Leadership by Design Assessments created by the Centre for Creative Leadership (now known as Garner). 

Carol is an ACC accredited coach with extensive experience in human resources management including leadership development and facilitation. Carol’s experience has been in a myriad of industries such as professional service firms, consulting, aviation and healthcare. She has also worked for both profit and non-profit enterprises. Carol decided to follow her passion of helping others embrace change and clarify their path forward and left the corporate world to start her own coaching practice. She has coached executives at different levels and in different stages of their careers and life. She provides the tools, strategy and support to help her clients create meaningful change in their lives.  She is a bilingual coach – coaching in both English and French.  The areas of coaching that Carol focus on are executive, leadership and career coaching. 

Sami Ramirez 

Sami Ramirez, PCC, is a certified leadership coach, facilitator, and speaker with over a decade of experience empowering overachievers to find balance and lead with authenticity. Originally from Colombia and now based in Canada, Sami brings a multicultural perspective to her coaching practice, having worked with clients across North and South America. With a background as a top-performing account executive for companies in Tech, she combines her corporate expertise with her passion for personal growth and transformation. 

Sami’s work is deeply rooted in emotional intelligence and strengths-based leadership. She leverages tools like Gallup StrengthsFinder, DISC, and the Kegan matrix to help individuals and teams unlock their potential. A mentor for diverse communities, including women entrepreneurs and immigrants, she is dedicated to creating spaces where people feel empowered to embrace their unique strengths. Sami is also a mentor, writer, and speaker, recently delivering a TEDx talk on rewriting the narratives of fear and the inner child.
