Change Style Indicator® and Change Navigator® Certification Program

The Change Style Indicator® (CSI®) is a leadership assessment designed to measure an individual’s preferred style in approaching and addressing change. It provides respondents of all levels with insights into personal preferences for managing through change. It also provides context for how those around them might perceive and respond to their preferred style.

The certification process is simple and time effective. In total, 3.5 hours are required to complete your e-learning curriculum.

Certification* gives you access to:
• A personal account on our learning platform to complete your pre-course modules and final exam.
• Downloadable facilitation guides.
• Complete your own Change Style Indicator (CSI®) assessment and receive a personalized report.
• A virtual coaching/training session with Mylène Beauchamp, our CSI® Master Trainer.
• Downloadable PowerPoint presentations.
• Access to your online CSI® assessment portal, including webinars and tutorials.
• A certificate of completion with information on continuing education credits – 3.5 approved CCE hours.

*This certification also gives access to the Change Navigator® tool.

With the Change Style Indicator®, your clients will:
