While playing Percolab's Listen For… game, we'll explore how this framework can support your coaching mindset and be a practical and inspiring tool for personal growth. Inner development is the first necessary step to support yourself and others while pursuying the socioecological transition.

Olivia Horge, Collaboration Strategist and Co-Director at Percolab

With a background in psychology and human relations, Olivia Horge supports individuals and groups in developing their capacity to collaborate on purpose-driven projects and in navigating complexity. Given her expertise in designing and facilitating participatory activities, she works on various projects, ranging from place-based public consultations to large-scale international events. Along with her colleagues at Percolab, she leads an IDG hub in Montreal that focuses on reframing interpersonal conflict as an opportunity for growth, deeper connection and courageous collaboration.
