Burnout prevention and recovery: a body, mind and mindset approach
In 2019, the World Health Organization included burnout on its international classification of diseases, and since then, burnout took the headlines of the media. But do you know what burnout is? In this webinar, we are going to take a deep dive into chronic stress. You will learn how chronic stress affects our body and brain and what the latest research on burnout says about this epidemic. You will also leave this webinar with a toolbox with essential strategies that can have a real impact on our bodies' stress response and understand the role of our mind and beliefs on our physiology. With that, coaches will have tools to help them identify the first signs of burnout in their clients and equip them with specific strategies to manage workplace stress.
