ESTABLISHING THE COACHING AGREEMENT – The Dynamics of Understanding & Clarity

The goal of this session is to look at the nuts and bolts of establishing the coaching agreement. We will look at formal written agreements and other tools and processes used to validate the agreement and to assure understanding throughout the coaching engagement.

We will look at the various components for establishing the coaching agreement, including formal agreements, intake forms, procedures, disclaimers, communication and validation in order to foster clear expectations about the coaching process and the components and scope of the coaching engagement.

Please join John and Ed in a lively and engaging ICF Québec Coaches Breakfast.!!What has worked best for you in creating a succinct and transparent understanding with all parties involved in the coaching process? What are some of the concerns or pitfalls that may arise when this is not done well and what can we do to avoid them?
