DESCRIPTION:
As a coach, you know first-hand that when fear and anxiety take over, they can block the very source of creativity and inner light. Raising awareness of one’s Inner critic “The Judge” and responding with self-compassion is the key to allowing your clients’ light to shine. I'm deeply passionate about sharing the tools to helping clients shine and be their best self.
In this interactive workshop, you’ll dive deep into strategies and ways to coach clients to become aware and manage their Inner critic.
What to Expect:
- An exploration of the different ways in which the inner critic is hijacking our clients, seizing their thoughts, and stifling their potential.
- 4 Strategies to help coach the Inner critic: empowering your clients and transforming the critic into a “sage”.
- Experimentation: You’ll engage in hands-on, guided exercises to apply the strategies in a supportive and collaborative environment. Experience firsthand the transformative power of these techniques!

Bio:
Dienabou is a dynamic professional with a diverse background, dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth. She established Immersion Coaching and Learning in 2023. Diebabou has an entrepreneurial spirit rooted in her core values of love, personal development, gratitude, and faith.
Academically, she holds a certificate in International Business from HEC Montreal, a BAA from the University of Quebec in Montreal and certification from Concordia JMB School in 2021.
She approaches coaching from a holistic perspective, aiming to empower individuals on their personal and professional journeys. She is committed to guiding them toward achieving their ambitions with love. As she continues on the path of personal development, she eagerly anticipates obtaining her ACC coach certification from ICF.
