Infused with Renewed Vigorpar Edward Rudick
The English Activities Committee has grown substantially in size and as a result, the team held a special retreat at the beginning of July in Rigaud, at the gracious invitation of Orest Lysymanko, a veteran member of the committee.
The location was ideal, in a quiet country setting, in a heritage home built in approximately 1897. It was a very special treat to be sitting around a kitchen table in this beautifully-maintained home that gave us a sense of calmness as we looked ahead to the fall of 2019 and into 2020.
Although the picture below features five males from left to right John Cacchione, Ed Rudick, Patrick Doyon, Dave Carey and Orest Lysymanko (seated), the committee has two important members who are women Zaina Della Porta, who was fully present with us via the internet, as shown on Ed’s cell phone. Unfortunately, Julie Gouin was unable to join us but has been an important member of the EAC Team. Each member brings something special and unique to the team.
One of the key goals discussed was to have more evening activities which would allow those who cannot make the breakfast meetings the opportunity for continuing education and CCEs, as well as the networking possibilities of being with fellow coaches. There are other networking events and evening events that ICF Québec has running in Montréal and other cities across Québec and members and non-members alike are urged to regularly check the ICF Québec website under ‘’Calendrier’’, which is part of a dropdown menu under ‘’Activités’’. Please note that under ‘’Types’’, you can find another dropdown menu, which allows you to search under different categories, including ‘’ICF English Activities’’.
There are four events finalized and booked already:
