Notre prochain Congrès se tiendra les 8 et 9 mai 2025, au Campus de Longueuil de l’Université de Sherbrooke, situé au 150 Place Charles-Le Moyne à Longueuil, (Québec) J4K 0A8.
Propositions d’ateliers
Nous vous invitons dès maintenant à nous faire parvenir vos propositions d’ateliers. Être animateur d’atelier au congrès ICF, c’est mettre à profit son expérience, ses connaissances et son imagination, tout en contribuant au succès de cet événement important.
Laissez-vous inspirer par le thème du congrès 2025:
ENSEMBLE, RAYONNONS POUR UN FUTUR DURABLE
Dans un monde en constante évolution, confronté à des défis socio-économiques et environnementaux sans précédent, il est impératif de se tourner vers des solutions innovantes pour bâtir un avenir durable. Notre congrès propose d'explorer le rôle essentiel du coaching comme catalyseur de changement, tant au niveau individuel que collectif. Ensemble, nous mettons en lumière le pouvoir de la collaboration humaine et du partenariat bienveillant pour nourrir l'espoir et favoriser un monde meilleur, juste et inclusif.
Les 4 axes d’action :
1. Établir un partenariat bienveillant avec nos clients
- Explorons comment le coaching peut cultiver des relations authentiques et empathiques avec les clients, favorisant ainsi leur croissance personnelle et leur engagement envers un avenir durable.
2. Tendre la main avec humilité pour donner et recevoir au sein de notre communauté
- Encourageons un esprit de collaboration et de partage au sein de la communauté des coachs ICF, où chacun apporte ses connaissances, ses expériences et ses ressources pour renforcer l'impact du coaching dans le monde.
3. Porter un regard réflexif sur ma pratique
- Réalisons une introspection profonde sur les pratiques de coaching, en explorant les doutes, les certitudes et les valeurs qui guident notre travail, afin d'ajuster et d'améliorer continuellement notre approche pour mieux servir nos clients et la société.
4. Contribuer à un futur durable, un coaché à la fois, en nourrissant l’espoir malgré le chaos contemporain
· Explorons comment chaque interaction de coaching peut être une opportunité de semer des graines d'espoir et de transformation, contribuant ainsi à un changement positif dans notre environnement élargi, qu'il s'agisse de la communauté locale ou de la planète dans son ensemble.
Vous avez jusqu’au 30 septembre 2024 pour nous soumettre votre proposition. Les ateliers sont d’une durée de 90 minutes (anglais ou français).

SHINING TOGETHER FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE
In an ever-changing world facing unprecedented socio-economic and environmental challenges, it's imperative to turn to innovative solutions to build a sustainable future. Our conference explores the essential role of coaching as a catalyst for change, both individually and collectively. Together, we highlight the power of human collaboration and caring partnership to nurture hope and foster a better, just and inclusive world.
The 4 axes of action:
1. Establishing a caring partnership with our customers
- Let's explore how coaching can cultivate authentic, empathetic relationships with customers, fostering their personal growth and commitment to a sustainable future.
2.Reach out with humility to give and receive in our community
- Let's foster a spirit of collaboration and sharing within the ICF coaching community, where everyone contributes their knowledge, experience and resources to strengthen the impact of coaching in the world.
3. Taking a reflective look at my practice
- Let's carry out a deep introspection on our coaching practices, exploring the doubts, certainties and values that guide our work, in order to continually adjust and improve our approach to better serve our clients and society.
4. Contribute to a sustainable future, one coachee at a time, nurturing hope in the midst of contemporary chaos.
- Let's explore how every coaching interaction can be an opportunity to sow seeds of hope and transformation, contributing to positive change in our wider environment, from the local community to the planet as a whole.
