How Zen techniques can support your own coaching practice
DESCRIPTION
Zen has a long tradition of exploring attention, awareness, presence, and our relationship with what is happening in the moment. These ideas also have meaningful applications to the practice of coaching.
In this English Breakfast session, Theodore will introduce participants to the lineage and foundations of his Zen practice and explore several key concepts that can inform how coaches listen, respond, and create space for their clients.
The session will also include opportunities to experience and practise selected Zen techniques together, allowing participants to move beyond theory and consider how these approaches may support greater presence, awareness, and connection in their coaching practice.
