THE POWER OF CHOICE: HOW TED (The Empowerment Dynamic) MOVED ME FORWARD
During this presentation Connie will share how she used TED (The Empowerment Dynamic) framework to take the steps needed to move forward. Through her story and a group discussion we will discover how each of us and our clients could move from the DRAMA roles of Victim, Persecuter and Rescuer as described in the Karpman Drama triangle to the Empowering TED* roles of Creator, Coach and Challenger. This approach helps us look at how people are relating both in their personal and professional life, setting in motion the deeper awareness needed to make the changes we wants to achieve the desired results.

Connie Pacifico MBA, CEC
Executive coach
Connie has over 20 years of experience inspiring and transforming teams in the financial sector. Her diverse roles and executive background allow her to understand her clients’ realities and enrich each coaching. She partners with senior leaders and new executives who want to excel and establish positive momentum during their first 100 days and beyond.
Connie is involved in her community, serving on not-for-profit boards and is an active member of several business associations. She gives back by mentoring MBA students, young leaders from across North America, and volunteers with JA Quebec.
Connie holds an MBA from Concordia University and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. She is also certified for Coaching Ourselves, a Henry Mintzberg Program, for TED* The Empowerment Dynamic and for the Strength Deployment Inventory a team and individual assessment tool. She is professionally associated with Pauzé Coaching and Firme OZHEO where she practices individual coaching, team and group coaching as well as developing leadership development programs.
