Cofounder of My Career Forward
Dr. Pascale Bouchard's background is in management and talent management. Her career in this transforming field has been a major source of motivation for her to constantly improve her support for executives and professionals to reach their full potential through innovative methods and advice.
Since 1998, Pascale Bouchard has helped more than 700 senior executives recruit and select their key talents in the world of technology, telecommunications, finance and aeronautics. In 2006, she sat on the founding board of directors of L'AFFIQ and actively participated in the deployment of its programs. Since 2009, she has invented and deployed innovative services, and implemented a leadership program to help leaders advance their careers and propel their performance through their social network, thanks to her expertise in sociometric methodologies acquired through 7 years of doctoral research and certifications in the United States and Europe.
In 2021, she deployed on the My Career Forward platform the instrument called IAC© (Career Activation Instrument) to help companies accelerate their growth by improving the ability of individuals to activate their relational capital.
