Have you ever had the feeling that something was not right in one of your coaching relationships? When was the last time you took the time to reflect on an ethical issue in your practice? How aware are you of what can cause an ethical issue?

On September 13th, you are invited to think collectively about ethical behaviour and to experience an ethical reflection process based on a concrete situation.

Developed by ICF’s Ethics Committee, this workshop will be facilitated by Nathalie Dubé, MCC. The group’s collective intelligence will be harnessed to:

  • bring out potential ethical issues that a situation may raise.
  • identify strategies and good ethical practices to comply with the ICF International Ethical
    Guidelines in such situations.
