The principles and practice of psychological safety

Please join Nancy Levesque for a stimulating breakfast conversation on the principles and practice of psychological safety and how it relates to trust, two fundamental components of any interpersonal or group relationship.

We’ll revisit some research-based underpinnings and myths about psychological safety, drawing from Amy Edmondson’s work on the topic. She will then share her approach to bringing 'Comm-Labs' to teams, as well as other practical strategies and tools she uses to coach leader. Expect an enthusiastic interaction based on leveraging collective intelligence. Coaches participating in this exchange will be leaving with a few concrete experiments to bring to their leadership and team coaching.
