Comment pouvons-nous supporter nos clients qui sont soumis à des pressions incessantes de faire mieux et plus avec moins de temps et moins de ressources ? Comment nous, comme coachs, pouvons- nous nous prémunir contre cet état de dépassement ? Quelle stratégie et quels outils pouvons-nous utiliser avec nos clients et pour nous-mêmes ?
Le 26 mai prochain, 2 tables de discussion dont une francophone et une anglophone, seront tenues dans les bureaux de Vézina Nadeau Labre au 5 000, rue Jean-Talon ouest, Montréal, QC H4P 1W9. La rencontre débutera à 17 h 30 avec une demi-heure de réseautage et sera suivie d’un souper/discussions qui se terminera à 20 h.
L’invitation s’adresse à tous ceux qui sont intéressés à traiter de ce sujet dans un contexte de coaching.
Cette activité vous donne l'opportunité d'accumuler 2 unités de formation continue en coaching (CCE).
Le nombre de participants est limité. Vous devez donc vous inscrire au préalable. Notre dernière rencontre a eu lieu à guichet fermé donc ne tardez pas à vous inscrire.

How do you coach clients who are under increasing pressure to do more with less and are constantly faced with adapting to change in their work environment? How, as coaches, can we protect ourselves from feeling overwhelmed? What strategy, which tools do we use with our clients, and for ourselves?
On May 26, 2 round tables will be held to discuss this emerging topic. One conversation will take place in French and one in English. The event will take place at the office of Vezina, Nadeau, Labre, 5000 Jean Talon Ouest, Montréal, H4P 1W9 and will start at 5.30 with a thirty (30) minute networking period, followed with a two (2) hour dinner and discussion. The event ends promptly at 8 p.m.
This invitation is extended to anyone interested in discussing this topic in a coaching environment.
2 CCE on core competencies as described by ICF will be issued.
