For a full month, experience the Tripura application and weekly virtual support with Anne-Marie Denault. You will use recognized breathing techniques to increase your resilience and allow you to take control of your mind.

5 sessions: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th of September 2021

Here is how our challenge works:

  1. A 30 minute live breathing session via Zoom, followed by a question and answer period on the 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th of September 2021.
  2. Access to the Tripura app for one month and participants are encouraged to practice every day. The link for the application will be emailed to you at the start of the challenge.

A breathing guide for you

Whatever your level, Tripura will guide you to reach your goals. Inhale, exhale and relax. The science is clear: when you inhale, there is an increase in heart rate and oxygen level; when you breathe out, you create carbon dioxide and activate a state of 'rest and digestion ”. Tripura guides you through a complete series of breathing exercises that mobilize the parasympathetic nervous system to help you focus and think rationally. In the case of stress, the part of the brain responsible for reasoning is affected. It becomes hard to think correctly or demonstrate emotional intelligence. But through simple breathing techniques, it is possible to take back the control of one's mind and have a direct positive impact on the culture and success of our mind, body and soul.
