Building and Marketing your Coaching Practice

Attracting new clients is one of the biggest challenges for business leaders and begins with understanding your Mission (Purpose), target market or niche problems.

Orest will focus on helping coaches to:

  • Understand your mission, values and vision
  • Identify your target market;
  • Prepare a value proposition;
  • Develop strategies and put it all into Action.
  • Giving Life to Your Unique Sales Proposition

Phyllis will focus on how to market your coaching practice:

Every business owner must know how important their unique sales proposition (USP) is to the survival of their business. Phyllis will share her marketing journey as a CEO and Founder of Ultimate Potentials, a business consultancy that supports growth other businesses’ through the use of organizational development principles. Today’s session will focus on the practical ways Phyllis and her team have used marketing and promotion strategies to reach their ideal clients. Participants will see real examples of a variety of marketing and promotional tools, used by Phyllis and her team use over the past 6 years, to ensure their USP reaches those clients who believe what they believe.

Bio: Phyllis Reid-Jarvice

Since 2015, Phyllis has held the role of CEO and founder at Ultimate Potentials Corporation. With a focus on employees and organizational success, Phyllis and her team helps organizations achieve their business, strategic and financial goals-through their people. By using comprehensive executive coaching principles, leadership and strategy training, Ultimate Potentials delivers services to a number of local, national, and international organizations.

A Professional Certified Executive Coach, who holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of Manitoba’s Community Health Sciences Program, as well as a certified MBTI personality types practitioner, and a certified psychological health and safety workplace advisor. Phyllis brings these knowledge, skills and abilities to her volunteer work as a member of RRC’s Board of Governors.

Phyllis is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), International Coach Academy (ICA), and the American Society for Talent Development ( ASTD), The Canadian Mental Health Commission, the Caribbean Women in Information Communication committee ( CWIC) and CANTO. She serves as a Board of Governor on Manitoba’s only polytechnic, Red River College. She served for 5 years as a member of the Winnipeg Foundation’s Advisory Committee for their Nourishing Potential community program. Phyllis spent 2 years on the national Board of Breakfast for Learning, a project that focuses on ensuring school-aged to elementary aged students’ learning is enhanced through proper nutrition.

Phyllis is the author of several books and programs. Her most current are the Essential Performance Coaching for Leaders, Success Strategies for Working Remotely, Pathways for Sustaining Healthy Families and Pathways to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Organizations.

Bio: Orest Lysymanko

Orest Lysymanko is Professional Business Coach with Orest Coaching and over 25+ years of management experience. He earned his certifications from Coaching de Gestion and the Center for Executive Coaching. He is also a member of the International Coaching Federation with a designation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

He believes that every person can realize their most important goals as long they have a well-defined plan, they put the plan into action, and they follow through with engagement.

His mission is to help business leaders and professionals achieve their most important goals and maximize their full potential.

His personalized A.C.T.E. coaching approach together with the Strategic Planning and Business Transfer programs helps his clients solve their different challenges, allowing them to grow their business, creating a high-performance culture, increasing customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

He believes in making a positive difference in his client’s professional life and business and for him there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client grow and succeed.
