ETHICAL REFLECTION WORKSHOP

Have you ever had the feeling that something was not right in one of your coaching relationships? When was the last time you took the time to reflect on an ethical issue in your practice? How aware are you of what can cause an ethical issue?

On September 13th, you are invited to think collectively about ethical behaviour and to experience an ethical reflection process based on a concrete situation.

Developed by ICF’s Ethics Committee, this workshop will be facilitated by Nathalie Dubé, MCC. The group’s collective intelligence will be harnessed to:

  • bring out potential ethical issues that a situation may raise.
  • identify strategies and good ethical practices to comply with the ICF International Ethical
    Guidelines in such situations.

PRESENTER:

Nathalie Dubé, Master Certified Coach, Mentor Coach and Certified Supervisor

Nathalie’s mission is to accompany her clients toward their full potential so they can transform a dreamed future into a rewarding present.

Motivated by her values of respect and integrity, Nathalie is a coach who believes into people’s potential and their ability to achieve exceptional goals.
She discovered coaching in 1997 and has been in practice ever since. Her clients are mostly senior and intermediate managers, high profile future managers and coaches who all have in common, a need for discovery and learning, that allows them to foster the emergence of a world of collaboration, mutual aid and perpetual evolution.

Nathalie has been a trainer and a mentor with l’École Coaching de Gestion. While on the board of ICF Quebec from 2011 to 2013, she instituted the Ethics Committee (déontologie). In 2014 Nathalie was the eighth coach in Quebec to reach the highest level in coaching granted by the International Coach Federation: Master Certified Coach. She returned on The Ethics Committee in 2018.

As a coach, her expertise is recognized in the following areas:

  • Executives identified as high potential succession,
  • Development of leadership and emotional intelligence,
  • Change management
  • Managers group coaching
  • Coach training, mentoring and supervision
