Coaching and the Art of Reinvention: How to Reinvent Yourself,
Your Team and Your Company

What is the number one issue that most organizations worry about today? Most people would say that it is change – or perhaps more precisely, the speed of change. How do organizations keep up, manage disruption, engage, motivate and retain their employees in times of change, thwart competitive challenges, apply best customer service practices or deal with supply chain issues…? You get the idea.

Reinvention is a systemic approach to embracing change.

It covers topics such as why companies sink, what to do to stay afloat and how to make your company (and your career) watertight. It is packed with practical and pragmatic tools, information and strategy to help organizations weather any disruption, including the next recession.

At this month’s ICF Coaches Breakfast, we will take a closer look at what Reinvention is all about, why it’s important, how it is different from innovation and how you, as coaches can help your clients (individuals, teams and organizations) survive through the many changes they face.

Given time, we will also look at your own Reinvention muscles and what you can do to outlive any disruption.
