People with narcissistic personalities often offend those around them and can end up disrupting the workplace. They can also be tremendous assets by fostering necessary organizational shifts. Either way, the question remains: how do you deal with these people, especially now, when the generations who are moving up the corporate ladder display more narcissistic traits than previous generations? Are narcissistic personalities coachable? Should we work with them? If so, what approach might be working with them?

Danielle Dagenais B.Sc, PCC is a member of ICF International and ICF Quebec. Danielle has an experience of more than 10 years as a business and executive coach. Prior to her career as a Professional Coach, Danielle held various senior management positions and the last corporate responsibilities she took over for more than five years, were part of her national role as Vice-President, Human resources and Organizational Development. Danielle is a certified master trainer in several Leadership programs delivered by Achieve/Zenger-Miller in California and Pritchett LP in Texas. Her academic background is in Clinical Psychology.
