Coaching... Who coaches the coach?

All coaches I have met are truly dedicated to improving the lives of their clients. They work diligently at improving their own skills through specific training. They increase their knowledge through insightful readings. They refine their art of coaching during and after each of their coaching session.

I have always ask myself though, who coaches the coach. I will share my experience in trying to answer this important question and I look forward to hearing your experience.

Michel is a member of ICF Québec, a certified business coach PCC, certified facilitator for the Coaching Clinic (Corporate Coach U), facilitator for Team Trek USA Inc., and author of a book entitled: Make It Happen… Switching gears; Slow down, Stop and Move Forward. He has held management positions in several Canadian and American firms. Throughout his numerous experiences, Michel is always driven by his natural interest in helping people open up to new possibilities by assisting them in harmonizing their actions with their values.
