"Embracing Disequilibrium’"

The world of work is constantly evolving. Finding the space to learn and grow in increasingly unpredictable environments can be challenging – for our clients as well as for us, as coaches.

Fortunately, disequilibrium is the foundation of development, and those of us who are able to reframe disruptors as learning opportunities, will find in these experiences incredible sources of personal and professional growth. How do you use disequilibrium in your coaching practice? What risks have you taken in the past year to learn and grow as a coach? Here’s your opportunity to take a step back and build your own personal destabilization plan!

PRESENTER:

Julie Gouin, M.Ed., CHRP
Executive Coach and Partner, Boostalab
