One of the important elements of coaching is getting clients into action. Normally after each coaching session, the client leaves with a commitment to do one or more specific tasks.

For those who have not attended thse Dinner Exchanges before, you should know that there will be an informal "vin d'honneur" before we start and a delicious buffet supper. The event is held in English with a French groupe as well.
