Systemic Coaching Applied to Organizations
The Systemic Approach to coaching organizations was first introduced by John Whittington in his book ‘’Systemic Coaching and Constellations (2012) and has been popular ever since.
Related to the Cynefin model (see below), which addresses “complex situations”, Systemic Coaching has become a valuable tool coming from a context of “inclusiveness”. This is particularly valuable in organizations, in order to understand the underlying dynamics of a situation and then be able to generate possibilities for new openings and different options to address issues or problems.
Since 90% of the information we remember is through the “doing” , then, why not join us for an experiential coaching breakfast with a lot of creative moments, where the coaches present will play a role.
Come and join Marie Louise Roy, and experience a “creative” Systemic Coaching session through a “live” case presentation.
PRESENTER:
Marie Louise Roy, ACC
Marie Louis did her coach training at Mozaik and is an active participant in ICF activities. Specialized in creative and systemic coaching, she is also an architect and an urban planner, with a master’s degree in environment (ÉPM). Marie Louie is the author of 5 books and her latest book is « Vie de femme dans un métier d’homme » Éditions Guérin. She has been facilitating group workshop with creative systemic approaches since 1998 in Québec and in Belgium. Initiated to World Cafe and U Theory through the Art of Hosting and Presencing Institute, MIT, she includes these approaches in her practice.
