A year ago on October 13th 2017 at the ICF Coaches breakfast, Michel Daigle spoke about: Who coaches the Coach? He presented 5 ways that he uses when coaching himself: trust, listen, targets, be there and possibility. This time around, Michel will share how he applied these ways (possibility and targets) since last year and what became of it.
One of the final outcomes is a book: ‘’The Right Think™ for Coaches’’ co-authored with Tom Trifaux. This innovative workbook on Leadership Coaching is designed primarily for Coaches and also leaders who aspire to use coaching to improve performance
The book is about doing the right thing. It is designed to support leaders in their quest to improve frontline engagement by understanding what they will need to do to accomplish this. Also the book provides coaches with a reminder of all the necessary requirements to be The Coach and have truly authentic coaching conversations. It looks and feels a little different than other books and that is deliberate. This book might have other applications and you can be the judge of it once you receive your copy. Your input would be appreciated.
Michel will share a few of the principles behind the book and why and how the book came about and how he intends to use it in his practice.
BONUS: Everyone attending will receive a free copy of the book and will discover different ways they might use it!
