Agile Coaching - A New Way to Think About Human Performance

The term AGILE COACHING is becoming a new buzzword in the coaching industry and its practice is growing rapidly around the world. June’s ICF Québec Coaches Breakfast will bring clarity around ‘’agility’’ and explain why it has become so popular today. We will explore the 6 agile behaviours to facilitate leadership and culture change in organizations as well as present examples of both individual and team coaching using this model.

Frederic is an Agile Profile Certified Trainer and heads a community of facilitators for agile and lean practices facile.co. He is extremely well-versed on the subject and his presentation will be enlightening. His extensive business background both in Europe and Canada covers the gamut of marketing, management, technology, strategic planning, consulting and operations, as well as communications. He has held senior positions in companies such Marketing & IT General Manager at Media Pages (Videotron Business Services) in Montreal and COO at Editus in Luxemburg.
