Beliefs make their way into our clients’ minds as a result of their past experience.  Some have been established for a very long time and impact who they are and mostly how they act.

What is the use of recognizing and understanding beliefs in coaching?

How do we recognize them and mostly how do we know whether they are helping or hindering the client?

And finally, when needed, how do we help our clients change their beliefs?

The professional coaches dinner exchange is intended to be a sharing of best practices, an exploration of possibilities and an exchange of trials and errors.  It is a none formal round table discussion where everyone is welcome.

This session will be conducted in English.
